Apark check-in time: 2 hours before flight departure if going to Domestic; 3 hours before flight departure if going to international.

Procedure (how it works)

Definition:

Check-in customer means customers come to APARK & drop car off, who may need shuttle service from APARK car park to Domestic Terminal OR International Terminal.

Check-out customer means customers have a car parking with APARK, who may need shuttle service from Domestic Terminal OR International Terminal back to APARK car park.


Check-in customer:

1. Find a no cover car park, lock your car, and keep your car key.

 Don’t Park in the cover shed, driveway and main gates.

 Don’t block any other car coming in or coming out.

 If your car is not parking properly or block someone else, you will get a fine and car will be tow away at your own cost.


2. Check-in customer must be ready & text 0226522088 prior to schedule. Shuttle will not wait. Then, please have a seat & wait in front of office.

 If you don’t need shuttle, you could go after text.

 If you want to ask or change something, text us instead of calling.


3. If check-in time in APARK less than below suggestion, you may need to arrange taxis or uber at your own risk and cost.

 2 hours before flight depart, if going to domestic terminal

 3 hours before flight depart, if going to international terminal


Check-out customer:

1. Check-out passengers must be ready at pick-up area & text 0226522088 prior to schedule. Shuttle will not wait.

 If you don’t need shuttle, you could take your car & go away after text if no staff in office.

 If you want to ask or change something, text us instead of calling.

 Please text us clearly. Examples: car Rego ABC123 check-out, 1 people, Domestic Terminal.


The Domestic Pick-up Area: At the Domestic Terminal, the pick-up point is beneath the Control Tower which is located close to the Jetstar exits by Gate 62 & 63. 


 The International Pick-Up Area: At the International Terminal, please Exit from Door 8 and follow the sign "taxi, rideshare & shuttles" and walk about 5 to 7 mins, and wait for the shuttle at the sign "shuttles 5" or "shuttles 6". 


APARK SHUTTLE CAR REGO is KCE231 Toyota Hiace, white and red writing 12 seats mini van.

Note: 

1. From 11 March 2024, 00:00 am, APARK will use its own shuttle, not using yellow bus.

2. From 18 March 2024, 00:00 am, APARK will arrange staff wait for paid booking from 10.30 pm to 4:00 am next day.( Booking deadline is before 6pm) If no booking or booking not come on time, car park will be locked and reopen at 4 am next day.
